Parents becoming more aware---reported about their ADHD child

Its a quite readable study on ADHD kids and their parents. In past parents were not as much aware about ADHD so no proper medication was provided to them but now the  National Survey of Children's Health proves that a lot of awareness is there in parents about ADHD and related problems of it.

Does Food Dye Cause Hyperactive Behavior in Children

I always thought that food dye contributed to hyperactive behavior, but apparently the FDA finds no hard evidence to support this.  I have a daughter with ADHD and I can definitely tell that foods with artificial coloring and preservatives affect her mood and behavior.  I think the FDA needs to revisit its position on this!

Celiac disease on the rise in the U.S.

This isn't good news...  Lets hope they find out whats causing the trend and can provide some insight.

Nearly five times as many people have celiac disease today than did during the 1950s, according to one recent study. Another report found that the rate of celiac disease has doubled every 15 years since 1974 and is now believed to affect one in every 133 U.S. residents.
